buttons swapped in Windows

Just out of curiosity, why are the save and cancel buttons swapped location wise in the Windows version of 2.4.2?

The default button order on Windows is

[Ok] [foo] [bar] ...

This is mimicked by GTK+ on this platform, unless you tell it to do otherwise.

On other platforms, the default is

... [foo] [bar] [Ok]

Or, more generic: the most important one is always at the same location, right-most.
