GIMP, AP. Pixel

I am using GIMP very long time but I have one question anywhere:

Where is GIMP if we compare the program with commercial Adobe Photoshop and for now with the beta version of Pixel Image Editor. Thanks in advance.

P.S.

I didn't try development version of GIMP and I did try just Pixel Image Editor.

GIMP is not meant to be a Photoshop clone/replacement, IMHO.

As such, I think you can't really "compare" Photoshop to GIMP, but this is MY opinion.
