problem with gimp 2.3 for windows

I know that problems with 2.3 shouldnt be reported here, but I have used 2.3.7 under windows for a long time without finding a bug (I do rather simple works). But 2.3.7 installer now says it is outdated and the last 2 releases give me a weird problem: when loading scripts I got an error about libgimpui-2.0.0.0.dll cant be loaded. Can somebody give me an idea about whats happening?

BTW, it's a good idea for anyone who is testing the 2.3 releases to watch the bugs@gimp.org user in Bugzilla (create an account and then go to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email and enter that address into the "users to watch" field).

This way you won't miss any bugs reported against GIMP.
