Green Overlay When Animating?

Green Overlay When Animating?
Hi! To animate I draw the lineart of a white background, for the sake of viewing in playback. This time, there's an issue. When I take away the white background with Layers > Tranparency > Color to Alpha now the frame makes the ones below it green. http://prntscr.com/tc7qcv It seems that switching "normal" layer mode to "normal legacy" helps a LITTLE. but then taking it off legacy and right clicking on the layer itself and clicking "Composite Space" helps a little too but I don't know why this is happening so that I can really fix it. Help!
