Smooth stroke no longer woking in 2.10.4.

Smooth stroke no longer woking in 2.10.4.
Had to reboot my PC and downloaded the latest GIMP. I have already found a problem in that when I select "Smooth Stroke" option for my paintbrush. It no longer works. Any ideas?
