How do I disable CTRL for color picker? It's really annoying.

How do I disable CTRL for color picker? It's really annoying.
Half the time when I draw, I make mistakes so I use Ctrl - Z a lot to fix them. Half the time I do this I randomly switch my color to white with my pen. I already disabled "z" for zoom, but there is no option to disable this. What can I do?
