My company requires me to get a ECCN number for all applications. We are looking to use this application and I was wondering if you have a ECCN number.

As far as I can tell, the answer is no, there's no ECCN for GIMP.

According to the US Bureau of Industry and Security you can create your own ECCN to classify the software.
