I'm having an issue with GIFS

I'm trying to combine a GIF but it comes out fuzzy looking how do I fix it? If you might be able to check it out to see what's wrong let me know and I'll send you it.

Do you convert both images to RGB before combining the images, so you are not running into colour palette issues when you save the combined image as GIF??
