Can the Color Picker shortcut in brush mode ("ctrl") be changed?

Hi,

when in brush mode, clicking "ctrl" switchs to color picker until you release. Is this shortcut editable? What if I want this to be set on Alt instead, for instance?
I could not find any shortcut which looks like it would do this in the keyboard shortcuts list. Is there one? How to change this shortcut? Thanks.
