Unemboss plugin/operation

Hi all,
sorry if this can be easily found, but I've googled for it without success. Is there an easy way to "revert" emboss effect? I mean, to get image resembling original as close as possible, as I understand it is lossy operation.

Do you have an idea how to do that?
