Filters/Distorts/Mosaic Tile spacing 0 ?

Hello

is there some way to create a mosaic from a photo (ie convert to to triangular/hexagonal patches of color) with no black edge inbetween the tiles? In Filters/Distorts/Mosaic, the mallest tile spacing is 1, leaving a smale edge. Is there a way to set this to 0 ? If not I'd like to submit this as a feature request. Where can I do this?

AFAIK, the mosaic plug-in is a compiled object, so you need to look at the source, plug-ins/common/mosaic.c and fiddle with that.

I just tried one change, setting the tile spacing to 0.0 but while that sort of narrowed the spacing, there is something else that needs to be changed

So if you are into programming, you can play with that, otherwise submit a request for an enhancement, *BUT* read para 2 of http://www.gimp.org/bugs/ first
