GAP 2.6 for Windows here download link

JamesH provided almost immediately a Windows installer for the Gimp Animation Packadge but
link was very soon broken (excess of bandwith)

I set up a new mirror you may download the GAP installer for Windows here

I would suggest adding a notice to your webpage stating that GIMP-GAP is licensed under the GNU General Public License and that the source code for GIMP-GAP is available at
ftp://ftp.gimp.org/pub/gimp/plug-ins/v2.6/gap/
