Rescuing jittery photos

Hello,

unfortunately my camera was in "dusk mode" when I made photos, which are very important for me. I know that it is very hard to recover such photos, but as they are really important for me, I ask you anyway: Is there a possibility to restore the following photos?

I cannot help you with the GIMP problem but I /can/ say it is very strange to see products (the the ones under the sink) with labels in different languages. I know what these are - but can't remember!

Is this your family's business?
