I'm not sure why there were removed, so I'm hoping someone can chime in with some info if possible.

Not sure how the mirrors are listed at the moment, but I can have a look early next week.

Like I wrote the last time, there was one file missing on one of the mirrors:

- and that file had been missing since I added it back in January.

I didn't get any reply to this message until today, but at least the file seems to be there now.
