2.8 Windows User manual

Hi. How come you don't yet have local installation files for the GIMP 2.8 User Manual? What if I need to use the help browser & I have no internet connection (for instance, if the Wi-Fi is password-ed)?

Because GIMP 2.8.0 had a certain bug preventing the manual to load, and 2.8.1 with the fix isn't out yet.

There's usually more than one reason for things not being available other than us being lazes arses :)
