library recompilation on Windows

Hi,

I'm trying to recompile libgimpmath on Windows. Is it possible to compile only the needed dll (libgimpmath-2.0-0.dll) or do I have to recompile the whole project (ran into some trouble while attempting this)? I've managed to build the dll but so far Gimp's not accepting it and the error message it produces at startup gives little information: "the application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b)".

Thanks,

Mihai Damian

This usually means that the .dll file doesn't have Executable ACL set.
