creating a knib that's broken at an angle.

Hi all,
I need to create a brush which is broken. That is, the brush should be like a fountain pen knib, only broken at an angle of 30 degrees.
A bit like this.

If this is a regular knib, what I need is

cut from the middle of / _________ /\ll try to explain it again.
