New question: can't i set the center of the radial motion blur? It's the center of the img by default... thanks

Center of selection, or center of image if no selection. The problem is you can not blur all if you have a selection to force the center.

Should be trivial to add this feature. Please open an enhancement request in Bugzilla and consider to attach a patch as well.
