Spacing between text characters in a fixed width frame

Hi,

Just started using gimp and am loving it!

I am wondering if it is possible to have text automatically spaced across a fixed width frame.

Eg.

|OurIntersting| |C o n c e p t|

Where the word "Concept" is spaced to fill some fixed width frame.
