RGB, 1 layer image: Rounded Corners script disabled?

Hi,

Sometimes the Rounded Corners script (Script-Fu -> Decor -> Round Corners) is disabled. Why? I doubled checked (View -> Info Window) and the image is RGB and 1 layer.

It is really disabled (i.e., can't use), not just grayed out but still useable.

The script doesn't work if the layer has an alpha channel. I am not sure if this is a valid limitation but the script registers itself this way. It would probably be a good idea to review the script and try to make it work on RGBA and GRAYA drawables. We would very much appreciate a patch that does this.
