epson perfection 2450 photo scanner using USP

anyone got it to work with SuSE 10.1??? It works (kind of) with 9.2, but NOT with 10

It doesn't work in 10.1, I don't have to upgrade, just buy a new scanner ;^(.

To keep it on topic I use all the time with Gimp
