Obviously, very few Mac users possess machines with these specs. I
will say, if someone can make using RAW as easy and powerful for post-
processing as standard 8-bit processing, and makes the decision that
a new generation of hardware is the most feasible, effective way,
then hats off to them. Digital photography with scores of amateurs
and prosumers, as well as professionals, will fuel the demand for the
"next best thing". Then, the high dynamic range Cinema Display will
come out, etc., etc. Watch the QT movies - it looks pretty cool IMHO
- we'll see what people say when it hits the streets.
