Export to JPG "defaults"

Hello

When i export an edited image to JPG, gimp proposes a small dialog where Quality defaults to 96 or so When i change this setting to 76 and press "Record defaults" it changes the defaults for the same session's future exports, but when I restart gimp, the prefered defaults have been reset to 96.

Is there a way to change defaults settings for "Export to JPG options" for all future gimp sessions ?

Export to JPG "defaults"

It should be filed as a bug report.
