2.10.2 Bug

Gimp 2.10.2 installs fine, but when I try to run it it will not start up. I keep getting a box pop-up saying Gimp cannot start up...
Windows 10, Inspiron netbook, Intel duo core

2.10.2 Bug

Can you snag a screenshot of the error message perhaps? Error messages are typically more detailed than just "oops that sucked", and in order to analyze what happened we NEED those details.

This could be a case where something actually went wrong with the installation (I am also running Windows 10 but my GIMP has no problems), but I wouldn't suspect that just yet.
