Starting up GIMP in WIN 8.1
Dear User;
Using the Windows 8.1 after installation open your "This PC" aka "My
Computer" & direct your attention to the following folders:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice 4\program\soffice.exe"
Right-click there & send it to the desktop, so that you may double-click &
it opens.
As well if you look in the [Start] section & locate the icon you can as
well right-click when you find it & send it to the desktop aka "Open File
Location"
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\OpenOffice 4.1.5
In conclusion, the program can be loaded in the system tray by
double-clicking at
C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice 4\program\quickstart.exe
& then left-click & place a check mark at "Load OpenOffice During System
Start-up" by taking this step it should load every time for your
utilization.
