tip precize resize

1.
Png (height about 500)
-> resize image (cubic, height 168 - double) -> sharpen 20%
-> resize image (linear, height 84) -> sharpen 20%

Sharpen not need, but i use it. This create better text, you can see logo http://www.slu.cz/fpf/cz/site/pict/logo-fpf-cz-web-new-220x84.png

2. You Sin (Lanzoc) method not good, i see better in old dos program.

3. Resize by height/8 in jpg, linear can easy realize by 0. coeficient of dct transform (dc). This coeficient is suma all 8x8 point in matrix / 16. May be this information is usable for something, fast miniature of jpeg-image or something other.
