How do I download Gimp?

Hello,

I can´t download Gimp. I already called the helpdesk of my firewall: No result. I called my internetprovider: No result.

What´s wrong?

We need some more info to be able to help you.

1) Where are you trying to download GIMP from, exactly? Please tell us the address of the web page.

2) What is the exact error message that you keep seeing?

3) What is the operaating system on your computer?

How do I download Gimp?

If I had to guess then I would say you have clicked on the link on gimp.org that says "updated 2.8.14 installer" This is pointing to a torrent for the installer. If, like most people, you don't know what a torrent is, then try clicking where it says "http" instead and this will get you the executable for the installer directly.
