Help Resizing Logo

Hi All,

I have a logo I need to re-size for my site but the difference in size is masive and I cannot get it to look decent after re-sizing after a few hours of playing with it.

The original is 3750 x 4167 and it needs to go down to close to 400 x 80.

I have a png, jpeg, PDF, .ai and .es of the logo. Which one would be the best to post for somebody with much better skills than me to help re-size it?
