Gimp is a native Linux soft. You may install Linux, then you could change the GTK theme.

Why? What makes you think this cannot be done in Windows or a Mac?

Gimp is a native Linux soft. You may install Linux, then you could change the GTK theme.

And yet the screenshot clearly shows GIMP running on Windows XP.

A few minutes of google searchging got me to the forum post that uses that imag, and also to the theme itself (yes, for Windows),
