Is there a way to view all the colors in an image at once in GIMP? If not is there a place I can suggest it?

Is this for an indexed image? Colours->Info has an option to generate a pallette from the colours in the image, but an RGB image of, say, 3000 x 3000 pixels from a digital camera can contain an awful lot of colours in it!
