Gimp Themes

I am using Gimp 2.8 (Brilliant) on win7(64bit).I down loaded gimp themes for 2.8 but there,s nothing in the folders,plus a message comes up saying a file is missing. I have seen a few solutions but none of them worked for me,anybody help please
