Features priorities ?

Hello everybody, especially the devs :)

I really enjoy 2.8.2, big "thank you" ! However, I would like to ask about what are the priorities for these features:

- layer group masks - smart objects
- higher bit depths
- vector layers

OTOH, nobody currently works on masls for layer group, but there's quite a bit of work on high bit depths support.

Unified Transform Tool is quite complete and is already merged into the Git master branch. So it will be available in 2.9/2.10. AFAIK, only flipping is missing in the master branch version, and some clean-up is probably required. That's a question to Mikael Magnusson.
