Export/Save as image dimension 1,3Gbyte???

Hi,
I noted a bug in GIMP 2.8. In the window Save as the dimension of the image is fixed at 1,3Gbyte even if the image is a few kbyte or you modify the quality. Here is the window: http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7104/7225708888_1d36c84fba_z.jpg where you can find the bug. Thanks
