I also installed this same program on my machine, Windows 7 64-bit also, but itinstalled fine on mine and will run. My machine is an older machine.
Just wondered if there are any ideas of what I could try to get this program to work on those two machines.
Thanks so much.

Installation Problems
Hi Debbie.
What kind of machines are they?
Are they both updated with win update, service packs, etc?
they are both the same version of Win 7? (home, starter, pro or
whatever they call it now, etc)
they have the same software installed, antivirus, etc?
but truly, i'd read this if i were you:
http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/libgdk-win32-20-0-dll-not-found-missing-error.htm

libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll seems like a clue to me … I don't understand any of the other stuff here.

Could http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.video.gimp.user/21283 be the solution? That is, search the computer for files named "libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll", and rename any such files that are _not_ within the GIMP directory.
hope this helps, -Kevin
