Filters suddenly not working?

Filters suddenly not working?
Hi,
I'm a huge beginner when it comes to GIMP, but I was working with multiple layers, and suddenly my filters stopped working. I used Drop Shadow for 7 layers, and my last three layers won't filter!
Can someone please help?
