diagonally striped background image tutorial

If someone can point me to a tutorial on how to do this it would be nice. See: http://www.dottedi.biz/images/diagnostics/bot_bg.png. I need to create something similar but in different colors. It is diagonally striped and the stripes seem to merge at the bottom. The finished size in 10x145 pixels.

Thx, Bob

Tutorials on diagonal stripes can easily be found on Google.

To get the stripes to "merge" at the bottom, you can just use a standard gradient in a layer above the stripes.
