Gimp Documentation

Is it possible to download the Gimp Documentation so that I can have it locally instead of having to go online for it? At least I think it's going online each time you open documentation.

Thanks

Gimp Help Released for GIMP 2.6 2009-10-09 : The "Help"-buttons used to be unable to make the needed connections. This is now cured. See the good news on:

http://www.gimp.org/

Thank the doctors that worked hard and well, and follow their advice. Read it carefully! I did and my Help-buttons do work. (In a Windows XP Professional SP3 PC.)
