Glow and lighting Effect.

Does anyone know how to create These lighting and glow effects in these pictures. The designer says that it is a plug in. but i can find no such plug in. is there a way to create this effect in gimp? or do you know the plug in?

Glow and lighting Effect.

Try calling Image: Help -> Plug-in Browser and key in "glow" or "lighting". You'll find several pkug-ins already present.

Glow and lighting Effect.

What exactly are you trying to do? Usually the best way to get a specific effect is to work on it. Take time to experiment. There is no quick solution that works for everybody. Don't expect it.
