CCITT TIFF Images - Rows per strip

Is there any way to control the rows per strip when saving as a CCITT Group 4 Fax compressed TIFF image? I need to have images that are 1 strip (i.e. if the height was 900px, the rows per strip would be 900). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
