Hello, all you have to do, is install the new version of gimp and it will
update and remove the old version automatically during install.

Subject: [Gimp-user] Update 2.6 to 2.6.3
Hi
I'm a freshy to Gimp, I've followed the tutorials and made some stuff
and
I'm
sold but...
I downloaded the update 2.6.3 but I can't work out how to update GIMP
2.6
to
2.6.3. Am I supposed to remove the older version and replace with the
new???
Can anyone help?
Very sorry all, I forgot to give you the information about my system. I
have Gimp installed on my Mac OSX 10.5.5 Intel Macbook Pro.
The new version of Gimp 2.6.3 is currently sitting on my desktop waiting
patiently for me to give it a reason to be.
