Gimp 2.6.1 in Ms Windows--problem

Hello All list members,

I have installed gimp 2.6.1 both on my linux (openSUSE 11.0) and Ms Windows, it displayed Khmer text properly in my linux after I installed lang-package from Yast, but I have problem with it in Ms Windows XP. After I installed it in my XP It is fully in English interface. How can I make it diplay in Khmer interface? Do I miss something in configuring in Ms Windows?

Does any one have problem with this?

I tried the both ways, but still the problem.

Any good advise?
