What happened to the web button creator makers, along with the other preset creating things, that were in a menu that used to be in the toolbox?

This is what you use the plugin browser (Help->Plugin browser) for. Search for eg. 'Bovination' to see that the Bovination logo generator now lives at /File/Create/Logos/
