Hi,

Ive set up my Windows XP system with Eclipse, MingW, and MSyS as my developers environment. I was wondering if anyone on this list has ever attempted to compile GIMP on Windows this way, and what would be the best approach to go about doing that ?

Would you please be so kind to elaborate on how youve set things up, and did the actual build ?

finally I succeeded. but some library files were missing. so gimp crashed as soon as running with some errors.

I used Mingw, Msys, no Eclipse on Windows xp sp2
