splash screen suggestions
hey to all gimp developers (and users) out there!
gimpusers.de had a small contest in january where users could win a gimp
video2brain learning dvd.
users had to make a splash screen for gimp. the contest is now finished
and so we decided to send the news to the mailing list. maybe some of
you want to use one or more of these splash screens in upcoming 2.5 or
2.6 versions of gimp if they fit your quality standards.

the winner was image number 17. nr. 10 and 1 were placed second and
third.
you can freely use all of these splash screens. the users had to declare
that all work is licensed under a free CC license.
