troubles with release candidate

Hi,

The recent release candidate crashes with a segmentatin fault on my debian amd64 box.

I have a first version in a chroot with debian amd64 unstable, using the latest svn sources, and a second version retrieved as a debian package (2.4.0~rc1-4).

Both crash miserabily when I try to resize windows, or zoom in or zoom out, or sometimes quite randomly.

Tracing execution gives no tip, at least for me :

... write(3, "\224\3\n\0004\6 \4\215\2 \4\0\6@\0\0\0\0\0\0\1@\0\215\1"..., 244) = 244
read(3, "\1\0024A\0\0\0\0W\2 \4\0\0\0\0\304\6~\0\0\0\0\0\320!76"..., 32) = 32 write(3, "\224\3\n\0004\6 \4\215\2 \4\0\6@\0\0\0\0\0\0\1@\0\215\0"..., 244) = 244
read(3, "\1\2;A\0\0\0\0W\2 \4\0\0\0\0\304\6~\0\0\0\0\0\320!76\377"..., 32) = 32

Has anyone already encountered this ?

Hello

Please provide a stacktrace from the current SVN version, and what GTK+ version you run.

Crashes now when drawing pathes, revision 23375.

Please be more specific when you report bugs.

If you report a bug at bugs.gimp.org you will be asked the question we would like you to answer.

I tried to create some paths in current SVN trunk, but it didn't crash for me, so you will need to provide detailed description of how to reproduce it.

Obvious bugs are best reported at bugs.gimp.org instead of to the mailing list.
