Splash screen

Hi !

Firstly, I want to congratulate all developers who contribute to Gimp, you do very good work.

I'm not really able to develop (not yet), so I made a little splash-screen image, because I saw on the bugzilla that a new splash-screen was needed. You can find it here :

I'm not really able to develop (not yet), so I made a little splash-screen image, because I saw on the bugzilla that a new splash-screen was needed.

Thank you for taking the time to make one, but it does not look professional enough imo to be the official 2.4 splash, mainly because of the too colorful plasma.
