Perspective Tool Bug (Lanczos interpolation with supersampling)

Hello!

It seems there is a glitch in the (new) Lanczos interpolation of the Perspective Tool.
These pictures explain everything:

I have tried GIMP 2.3 tarballs and CVS version from yesterday. Anyone can confirm this so I will submit a bug?

That is not the only problem in the new interpolation routine. There is already a bug report about it not being quite finished yet. I think that the problem you are mentioning is not covered by that report so you might want to file another bug report for it.
