[FEATURE] compose/decompose should support IHS, YCbCr, YUV, LUV, CieLab, S-CieLab, YIQ

Hi all,

Compose/Decompose should support more colourspaces. This would allow one (very awkward) way to edit channels in different colourspaces in the gimp. The formulae exist, and are available for implementation. This is really low-hanging fruit. Who will do the coding?
