I fell into this seller Ebay:

Hawking programs his company (CAD PRO Radius), but which are actually open source programs like your blender or Gimp. And "what is normal or violates the law? Thank You.

The GPL doesn't prevent selling software. It forbids making changes to the software and not making those changes available either freely or for a "resonable" handling and media charge.
