Brush and Patterns dockable dialogs scroll-bars

Hi developers,

The brush and pattern dockable dialogs always show the vertical scroll-bars regardless of the number of assets in them. Shouldn't the scroll-bars only appear when the assets in them go beyond the viewing space?
